So it is anyone touched by adoption. I had questioned if it was just IA...or if domestic a-parents could attend since a few had expressed interest.
Sorry for the confusion...but that is my normal state of being these days. 
It is being directed toward kids as Amy mentioned...lots of activites to keep the kiddos happy and the resort also is very kid-friendly so I am guessing it will be mainly a-parents and families with younger kiddos...but that is my guess.
