A very stupid question to ask,but through friend a little boy came into the picture,year and half,no particulars,he from Thailand, was asked if hubby and I interested, case into through missionary freinds,it would be through a church,just wanted ideas and thoughts,my agency would do a home study and post placements,but nothing else,everything would be on us? What am im looking at?

Probaly a very stupid idea?
