It's really sad to hear that meth is putting more babies in the foster system, but there is some truth to that where I'm from. I live near 2 major cities and I hear about a new meth lab being busted every month. It has pretty much taken over this town and alot of the surrounding ones. So many parents are running meth labs out of their homes with their babies and small children.
My friend is a foster parent, and she just got twin baby girls (I think they're 9 months) from the county last week. Their mother was running a meth lab in the house with not only those 2 babies, but a 2 and a 3 yr old.
