Here is WA, with the meth problem getting worse and worse, it actually happens more often that it used to. Both my boys were very young...2 days old and 8 weeks old...the first adoption finalized before he was a year old, the second when he was 13 months old. With Bug, he was his parents second child in 2 years to have been adopted...his sister was also placed when she was 4 weeks old.
