The only "safe" bet if you're not getting your period is to go to an OBGYN to figure out why your cycle isn't acting "normal." The average female cycle, as opposed to the myth of 28 days, ranges from 24-36. If you're falling in that range, you're most likely healthy. However, if you've had a sudden change in cycle, are lacking one completely or so on, you need to be seen by a doctor to assure that nothing is wrong. Again, I encourage you to buy the book. Understanding our bodies is so vastly important.
