She finally has some proof that the mom has been lying about doing what is required on her caseplan, she told me that she doesnt think that the previous caseworker was double checking on what the parents said and if she had been this might have ended sooner this poor child has been in foster care for almost 2 years now. She also told me that she also does not want the child to be reunified. Since the guardian and the agency agree for TPR now if my fs's therapist goes for TPR that means everyone is pushing for TPR. The parents were given 2 extra supervised visits per month this past week, but they will not return her phone calls to schedule it. Shows how much they really want to see him. We go to court at the end of august so the parents can be appointed attorneys and hopefully the Judge will realize the bs these parents have been talking and schedule a TPR hearing soon after that.
I am going to keep my fingers crossed that the end will be soon and that we will get the right decision this time around.

That is VERY positive news! I hope they ALL get on the same page with this and TPR so that precious little boy can get some permanency once and for all. You are doing such a great job advocating for him under less than ideal conditions. Hang in there. We've been keeping him in our prayers.
