Hi. I am wondering if anyone might be able to refer me to any child psychologists specializing in international adoptees and behavior modification of Eastern European adoptees in the DC Metro area. Our girl may have oppositional defiance disorder, reactive detachment disorder, or other issues, and we would like to get an evaluation/assessment.
