We flew out of Chicago and back through last month with our newly adopted son. We would definatly advise extra time. Our connection was delayed but we wouldn't have made it anyway. The people were all friendly and helpful. However we were told that we had to go to the line for foreigners, as our child was such until we got through immigration.
