We adopted from Ekaterinburg - 10/05 - difficult process, lots of paperwork, and a lengthy time between trips (although ours wasn't too bad at 4.5 months - we met many people who waited over 6+months).
No 10 days waived, but it was a lovely city to stay in and plenty to do.
Our son is the treasure of our lives.
