Starting in September the embassy will require two new forms when your attorney applies for DNA authorization. One is from the adoptive parents verifying their contact information (and it must be typed) and it has to be signed/notarized.
The other is from the agency verifying their contact information. Again it must be typed, signed, notarized.
Apparently the embassy has been catching flack about families not getting emails about pre-approval and they are saying that the information turned in was too difficult to read and therefore the emails were being put in incorrectly. These new typed forms are to help eliminate that problem.
