We stayed during the 10 days but another couple who had court the same day as we did left the next morning and returned after the waiting period was up. It was never even brought up in court if we were staying or leaving. The judge didnt care either way. We were in the Krasnoyarsk region. I never heard of a region where you were "required" to stay with the child. I am sure your agency will know for sure.
