I have a little bit of information as I also was not able to get much and then decided to adopt from China. But we are probably going to do a second adoption and that will be Panama I think. The agency that I am using for my home study listed Vieto Carrizo & Diez as a facilitator. They seem to be very knowledgeable and offer great personal attention. www.carrizolaw.com Jovana is the person who handles the adoption questions. She is really nice and very competent. This is the only agency that I could find as the others were still in the process of setting up the prgram. You can google search for Panama Adoption and see if any other agencies have gotten their program going. The contact I gave you is a law firm in Panama. They do have a package they will email you if you request it from them. Good luck in your search.
