Surrender of custody signed Oct 14 63. and hearing Feb 14 64 with Judge Polow in Morristown NJ. We believe was adopted by John and Arden Hennessey from Sterling NJ We belive they had an older daughter, named Mary Ellen Hennessey and maybe a son Patrick Hennessey.
