Need advice for a puking 2 year old....

Ok, I know I have 4 kids now and I should be good at this stuff, but I have always hated vomiting and my children have only done it a couple times in their lives. So now my 2 year old woke up sick. She doesn't understand the concept of throwing up in the toilet so her crib, my carpet, my bed, and me are covered in it now. Do I just walk around with a bucket or lay her on towels all day (even though she rarely stays still)? I know the kind of diet I need to push but I need help with the logistics of handling the throwing up. I went to bed feeling overwhelmed at my current life and then I woke up at 5:30 to an even worse day. Isn't that always the case?? And big sister thinks it's time to get up so she's up and running around way before she normally does. I just didn't need this today. But I know Lilia doesn't need it either. I'm just praying for the compassionate heart I need today.
