My daughters' birthmom is expecting a baby any day now...her second since placing the twins five years ago. We knew they were trying to conceive with the first (a boy), but C did seem a little hesitant when she let me know about it. Not because of how my husband and I would feel. Her concern was how the girls would feel when they were older. This time (a girl) was easier for her to tell us.
I would say just tell them like you would anyone else. Hopefully, they'll be as thrilled for you as I am! Enjoy your pregnancy and your precious new baby!
