You tell them in the same way you would tell anyone else.
"We're pregnant!"
There is no reason the adoptive family should not be happy for you. If they seem less than thrilled, give them a week or so to get used to the thought of their child having a sibling somewhere else. I see that being the biggest struggle for many an adoptive parent; figuring out the new schematics of a relationship.
