Need a search angel in Guilford County
We need a search angel who would go to the ROD in Guilford County to look up the birth certificate for our adopted son. We have been searching the on-line birth index and have not been able to find him by birth date, but I have the reel number that it would probably be on. We just need someone to do the leg work.
