Anyone dealt with this agency? It has offices in MD, NC and FL. I live in Florida so I deal with their Coral Springs office.
Reason I asking is that the local lawyer in Guatemala is trying to get in line for the embassy just to get an appointment for a DNA!! He has not been successfull for about 3 weeks. I know ARC is limited in what they can do about it (except yelling at the lawyer) but I was wondering if it is a sympthom of other issues?
So far I have been moderately pleased with them.
