Need birth index or help Bmom born sep 1960

Hi, I am helping my little sister search for her birthfamily. She was born in MO at University of health sciences 8-18-1985. The hospital and agency (child placement) are now closed. The birthmother lived in a mostly black housing project in KCMO. The father could have been 1 of several black men, although 1 man was white. (My sister looks mixed, but really more asian or pacific islander or something, but you never know). The birth mother had an olive complexion, brown hair, and hazel eyes. THE BMOM WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 27 1960. She also had 2 other children prior to my sister. 1 a son born July 1979 at K.U., who was also placed, but in a private adoption after birth (may have been out of state, my sister was supposed to also have gone to an out of state couple, but there was some scandal in their family, and at the last minute, she was placed with my parents, because they were the only ready and willing. I worry if Bmom searches she may still believe my sis was with this other family and search in that state). At the time of my sisters birth she had one son, Tony, in her custody, born Sept 1983. The most specific info I have is on the birthmother, with an EXACT dob, and description, idea of location, education background etc.
If someone with better access to databases and such (autotrackxp, for instance), that can search using only dob, gender, and state (mo), could help me, I would be really grateful. Or if someone has birth indexes for september 27 1960, (KS or MO), I would really appreciate it. My sis has had it rough since I found my bfamily, and she wants help finding hers too. She really needs this, and I really want to help her have the peace that she seeks in knowing the truth about herself. Also, being mixed, and not knowing even what race she is has put an extreme strain on her relationships with others. She has often times looked for family in all the wrong places, and worst yet, at work, she's even had customers not let her wait on them! Can you believe that? In the 21st century, people can be so hateful and racist, that they refuse to buy something from someone who may or may not be, but only looks mixed! That was so hurtful. I hope someone can help, I've exhausted all my resources and search abilities (which is pretty good )
