This article isn't very clear or detailed: what does "consular access" mean? And according to the article, the US already has specific laws prohibiting consular access in place, so it's doubtful that we would change our laws to suit Russia.
I agreed to post placements and registration of my child in court, and have complied with these, and will continue to comply. Although I will be forever grateful to Russia for allowing me to adopt my child and make him my own, I am not willing to allow a foreign government to have any future authority over my family.
