Hi Kretz..... I agree in theory.... I just don't think I would be comfortable unless it was spelled out. Our cultures are soooooo different, and if their 'outline' of what is appropriate, or acceptable, etc. is not what we (Americans) also feel, then there would be issues.
As I said in another post... I send updated photos and emails every month to the Agency in Russia and the Inspector there. I am sooooo proud of my daughter, and how she is blossoming, thriving, maturing, etc. I want the whole world to see how good she is doing!!!
