We are doing an agency domestic infant adoption and one of our pbmoms is in Louisiana (we live in Illinois).

A couple things I am wondering about - does anyone know what the waiting period is in LA before pbmom can terminate her rights?

Also, can someone give me a primer on ICPC?

I guess I'm trying to get a ballpark figure on how long we would need to be in LA if this pbmom chooses us.
