Yes, 5-10 business days I think is normal...UNLESS YOU ADOPT FROM OHIO!!!! TERRIBLE ICPC STATE! Our SW told us at most 2 weeks. Once we got there & the baby was born, the OH agency told us 6 WEEKS!!!! Our state had everything done, OH took FOREVER! They told me that they have 1-2 social workers working on ICPC for EVERY COUNTY!! EVERY COUNTY!!! Not city, COUNTY!!
Our first took 1 1/2 days. From MI to WI.
Our second took 5 days from IL to WI.
Our 3rd too 2 weeks! Sqyeaky wheel got the grease! OH to WI. I called EVERYDAY sometimes a couple times a day to the Ohio agency! LOL I think they did it to get rid of me! LOL
