1st adoption ICPC between MN and Washington State took about 7-8 business days from start to finish (stayed in WA a little less than 2 weeks).
2nd adoption ICPC between MN and CA took about 11-12 business days (we stayed in Cali for almost 3 weeks); however, CA is supposedly one of the slowest ICPC-moving states.
