looking for medical history
Female born 7-25-70 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Macomb County at 6:25 pm; adopted 8-17-70; birth mother was 17 and played the piano. I am really only looking for medical history as I suffer from migraines, but wouldn't mind finding other family members.
