Well, my guess would be they would be looking for a pre adoptive home for him. It's also possible that the foster parents do want to adopt, but haven't mentioned it to her. I know we would like to adopt our 3, but the bfamily doesn't know. The CW does, and has asked us if we will, but the family does not. We don't want to look like we aren't willing to work toward RU if thats what is to happen.
However, if the fparents are willing to adopt him, I'd say they are going to find a home for him that will. I take it the grandma has no interest in adopting him either? Hope it all works out for him.
