I have 2 American Pit Bull Terriers, yes pit bulls! They are great family and kid friendly dogs. They have bad publicity, it is bad owners not bad dots. My SW met them the 1st visit and loved them but since then I do kennel them when she comes because they are hyper. I was worried of being turned away because of the breed but she told me as long as they haven't bitten or try to bite her it doesn't matter and they are up to date on shots.

4/10/06 - 2nd home visit
Reference letters mailed and autobiographies mailed
4/24/06 - PRIDE classes started
6/19/06 - Finished PRIDE classes
6/21/06 - Last home visist to meet my foster SW
7/21/06 - APPROVED AND WAITING!!!!! 
8/1/06 - Two sisters placed - V age 6 and S age 2
8/4/06 - Sisters had to be removed to great foster mom who has the time to invest.
