Question Anyone from the U.K.?
Hi,

My husband is a resident alien from the U.K., so we have to send his birth certificate back for certification for the dossier. Does anyone know where to send it? Our agency doesn't know and it seems like there might be some confusion sending off a British birth certificate for an American adoption of a Guatemalan.
