ok you are in the second quarter of this year... so go back 5 quarters and then delete the most recent one (1st quarter of this year). So her whole income being considered to collect unemployment will be all four quarters of last year.
That is to determine the amount.
To determine whether she has merit to collect will be the reason for leaving the most recent job... if they fired her and there is no merit or they dont fight it.. she basically automatically qualifies...as long as she is able to still work full time.
