Our agency told us the wait for the referral of a boy would be no longer than one month, so your wait shouldn't be long at all. Plus with Korea, you only have to do a homestudy--no dossier!!!
Our younger son is from Guatemala.
From what I've learned so far, there are a lot of similarities in the two programs (foster care, excellent medical care, healthy and beautiful babies).
