We tried for 1 yr (IUI, drugs, temps etc) and were told that we had less than a 12% chance of conceiving even with IVF. I had always wanted to adopt from China and the minute we decided to do it, I was totally at peace with building our family through adoption. We did have one m/c and my DH has taken it very hard but he's also very excited about our adoption.
