Hi,

My husband and I hope to start the adoption process this month, but I would like to get some referrals and feedback on reputable AL agencies. We are an AA family from Birmingham, AL and we hope to adopt an AA newborn. We are strongly considering using I.A.C. in Atlanta, but would prefer to find an AL agency in hopes of keeping our adoption costs down (avoid travel & ICPC costs).
