My husband and I are an AA couple looking to adopt an AA newborn. We live in Birmingham, AL and would like to receive agency referrals and feedback. We're strongly considering I.A.C. in Atlanta, GA, but were hoping to find an AL agency so that we can avoid some costs (travel, ICPC, etc.). Please send a private message with your comments.
