Hi Ann,
We traveled last year with our 3 year old (also adopted from Kaz) to adopt our son. Our coordinator suggested getting her a U.S. passport and then getting her a visa for the trip. We didn't even bring the Kaz passport.
It was a handful to bring her, but so worth it! And the dfivers, coordinators, orphanage director, caregivers loved her over there, so she was entertained
