for our peditrician i used a traveling notary.

for our internist, we are friends, and she got them notarized at a bank for us after work.

the traveling notary was easy; i looked them up on the web, chose one local to our area, and he met me at the ped's office. charged me 5 bucks per document. not bad at all!!!
