When do docs expire?
We've been through one China adoption, and know all documents in the dossier are good for at least one year. Can anyone tell me how long the dossiers are "good" for Guatemala?
editted to add: Also- I read the state police clearances and doctor reports need to be notarized. Again, with China, we were able to notarize a paper saying something like "this is the document as we received it from Doctor....." because the doctor didn't have a notary. Also, the state police sent back our clearances un-notarized. Is this sort of statement acceptable in Guatemala.
Thanks,
Julie
