I had this question a couple of weeks ago. Many seemed to indicate it was not a big deal. I think it depends on your agency. After checking with my agency, we are able to move we just have to update the paperwork. Specifically an updated homestudy (not a total redo), and any docs that will go in our final dossier for court. My agency did say that it would be better to move before our first trip, so that might make a difference.
Ultimately if you can keep the old address until after court, you should have no problem and should not have to update anything. I think you should send an update to the Russian consulate though.
