I've changed jobs during this process. My agency told me that it wasn't really a big deal unless your income has changed significantly. Mine really didn't, so I didn't have to do anything special. If it had, they would've just done an addendum to the homestudy...Hope that helps. Of course, i would clarify w/ your agency as they all do things differently.
