my dh and i met when my dd was 4 mo old. Her sperm donor(i like to call him) has never had any contact with her. Hes not even on her birth cert. . i know were suppose to notify the parent but what if i told the court i didnt know who he was could we bypass all the taking out ads and other stuff.
