Somewhere in the discussion about foster parents in it for the money...I mentioned that I thought there was a law coming through for NYkers concerning this stuff...well it did, in December, guess I was a little late but I knew it was there!! Do other states have assistance programs for kids timed-out of the system? Here's a link to the site I (just) found, if anyone's interested.
