I think as long as your doctor gives you a good prognosis (that the condition won't effect your life expectancy or quality) then Korea is OK with it. I have heard that Holt Korea is easier to deal with concerning medical problems than Eastern. I don't know if any of the agencies you mentioned use Holt. Good Luck
