Hi! We lived in Spain for 3 years with the Navy! Isn't it great? Don't you LOOOOOOOOOVE Tricare?? At the time, I thought it was awful, and my hubby worked at the hospital!! It is actually funny to look back. Now we actually have to PAY for doctor's visits and prescriptions!! That was the good thing about the military!
As there are many many bases in Germany, I would guess that there is more than one adoption support group. I would also think that you could find out about it through the chaplain's office. Those people, especially the ones who have been in Germany for a while, will know all sorts of good stuff you could use.
