Depending on how close to Harrisburg you are, you can walk documents in and have them done while you wait. The NYC Consulate was also very fast. They usually turned-around our documents in a day or two. They were picky and only wanted you to use USPS Express mail, though.

I have a Word document with all this info and directions to the North Office building in Harrisburg. If you PM me your e-mail address, I can forward it to you. --Mike
