It is looking like we are going to be able to adopt our 2fd's and the cw asked if we would consider fostering their older sister. We have asked about her in the past before we got a 3rd baby. But I do not think that we want to adopt the older sibling and we will be moving in 1.5 years, should we foster her knowing we don't want to adopt her or should we tell cw no. We would love to have her in our home but do not feel that we can adopt 3 kids plus hope to have 1 or 2 of our own later. She is in a group home and has two other sibling that will remain there, so would it be worse for her to leave there and then go back to the group home?
I am very confused and I need to give her an answer soon.
