I guess I'm looking for a 1-2 pages summary which explains attachment disorder, but also the transition home and what the extended family should expect - like not holding the baby, etc. My side of the family is very educated on this as I have 2 adopted sisters who are recovering from severe attachment disorder. My dh's side of the family, however, is in the dark. My SIL keeps asking if we know our travel dates because she wants to come visit as soon as we are home - yikes! The anticipation of this is stressing my out - I mean, we really might not be up for this. Isabel will already be getting used to a large family - I certainly don't want to add extra stress to the transition. Thanks!
