I was unaware that Kaz had a better "care" for the orphans than China. I had heard things about Russia, as far as that the children have lots of health and emotional problems, due to poor care in orphanages, and many problems related to alcoholic mothers.
Is the health a risk issue with Kaz ?
Can you get a very young child in Kaz ?
