This PGN document is the one that I submitted with the translation. They say that it isn't the "final" decree. Has anyone else had any trouble with this? I haven't heard of it before? I just am so frustrated with it all. I have recommended them calling a bigger county courthouse that has done them before (i.e. Cleveland), but they have yet to do that.
I might contact my agency to see if they could help.
