Final Adoption Decree in paperwork????
I'm trying to apply for the military adoption reimbursement, they need a copy of the final Adoption Decree/Order.
Is this supposed to come with the final Adoption Papers? We have everything else. BC, protocolo, etc. in our file. But no final Adoption Decree...Does it say Adoption Decree on it???
