Pre-baby, I'd read a piece written comparing the journey of infertility to adoption to taking a vacation and getting sidetracked along the way with delays, etc. but in the end it was all worth it.

Now, I can't for the life of me remember where (I do know it was online) I read it or exactly how it was worded. The details of the contents are pretty fuzzy, but I remember how much it moved me.

I feel like when DS was born I was zapped with one of those things the Men in Black guys use to erase memories and I have trouble remembering anything before he came along - LOL! So, if you happen to know what piece I'm referring to - I'd love to have you post it here or send me a link to where it's located.
