I got notarized letters for 4 out of my 6 accounts. Two banks flat out refused to do it, said it was against their legal department's policy and they wouldn't budge on it. My agency said they enounter this all the time unfortunately, and as long as the letters I got for the four accounts proved I had ample resources to provide for the child, original bank statements for the other two accounts would be fine and they've never encountered a problem with this. PGN or whomever would put the most weight on the notarized letters, the other two statements would just be considered "extras". I had to attach notarized affidavits signed by myself that they were original statements as received from the bank so I could send them to be authenticated with the others.
